Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 7, 2026.
Who is responsible
Ludogram SAS, 4, rue Gounod, 59800 Lille, France, is responsible for the personal data it processes through this website and enquiries sent to its contact addresses. For questions or requests, email contact@ludogram.io. Our company details are in the Legal Notice.
This policy covers the Ludogram studio website. Games and services operated by other organisations may have separate privacy notices.
Visiting the website
This is a static information website. It has no visitor accounts, registration, contact forms or newsletter forms, and Ludogram does not run its own advertising or audience-analytics tools on it.
Serving pages requires technical information such as your IP address, the requested URL, and browser or device information. Hosting and system services may process operational or security information to deliver the website and keep it reliable and secure. Routine visitor HTTP access logging is not enabled on our website's web server.
Our basis for processing information needed to operate and secure the site is our legitimate interest in providing a working, secure website.
Contacting us
If you email us, we receive your email address, the contents of your message and any information or attachments you choose to provide. We use these to respond to your enquiry and handle any necessary follow-up. Access is limited to the people handling the request and the service providers needed to deliver and manage that correspondence.
We process enquiries on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us, or to take steps requested by you in relation to a contract where that applies. Please do not send sensitive information unless it is necessary for your request.
Steam, Discord, maps and other external content
Game pages include Steam store widgets and Steam-hosted trailer content. The home page includes a Discord community widget and an OpenStreetMap studio map. These embedded services can connect your browser to their providers when you load or scroll a page, before you click a widget, interact with the map or play a trailer. Artwork, trailer posters and playback metadata can also be requested before playback.
The providers receive technical information such as your IP address, browser information and the request made to their service. They may use cookies or similar technologies for functionality, security, analytics or marketing, as described in their own policies:
- Steam / Valve: Privacy Policy and Cookie Settings.
- Discord: Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
- OpenStreetMap Foundation, our map provider: Privacy Policy.
- AWS, our hosting provider: Privacy Notice.
Ludogram does not control the providers' cookies, accounts or retention periods. Use the relevant provider's privacy controls and contact details for information or requests about data that it processes. Browser privacy settings provide additional ways to restrict third-party cookies or requests. Not playing a trailer does not, by itself, prevent every request to an embedded provider.
Data recipients and international processing
Data processed by Ludogram may be accessed by authorised personnel and service providers needed for hosting, security and correspondence. Information may also be disclosed where required by law or necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
The website's server is hosted in France. That does not mean all providers process data exclusively in France or the European Economic Area. External services may process information in other countries, including the United States. Their privacy notices explain their processing locations and applicable transfer safeguards. Contact us for information about providers used for data processed by Ludogram.
Retention
Correspondence is retained for the time needed to deal with your request and its follow-up. Relevant records may be kept longer where needed to meet a legal obligation or establish, exercise or defend a legal claim. Operational or security information is retained only as needed for its purpose and applicable legal requirements. Third-party providers apply their own retention policies.
Your rights
Depending on the applicable processing, you may request access, correction, erasure or restriction of your personal data, object to processing based on legitimate interests, and request portability where the legal conditions apply. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing.
Send requests concerning Ludogram's processing to contact@ludogram.io, or write to Ludogram at 4, rue Gounod, 59800 Lille, France. We may request additional information where reasonably necessary to verify your identity. We normally respond within one month; if the law permits an extension, we will explain it within that period.
You can also lodge a complaint with the French data-protection authority, CNIL.
Changes
We may update this policy when the website or its processing changes. The date at the top identifies the latest published revision.
